Praying Circles
Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Mbakop, LLC ("we") for using the Praying Circles app and website. By using Praying Circles, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep access to your email address safe, because it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Circles and leaders
The person who starts a circle is its leader and may name co-leaders. Leaders can approve or remove members, see who posted anonymous requests, and delete the circle. Please lead with care: people share personal things here.
What you share
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you shared it with, only to run Praying Circles. Do not post anything that is not yours to share, including details about someone who has not agreed to it.
Be kind
Do not use Praying Circles to harass, threaten or shame anyone, to post hateful or sexual content, to spam, or to break the law. You can report any request and block its author. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Not a crisis service
Praying Circles is not an emergency, medical or counseling service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services right away.
Premium
Some features may need a paid subscription. Subscriptions are bought and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings, and follow that store's refund rules. Prices are shown before you buy.
The app itself
We work hard to keep Praying Circles running, but we provide it "as is", without warranties, and we may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can stop using Praying Circles and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America. Questions: hello@prayingcircles.com.
